What are they? What are the benefits?
Plants are truly miraculous. Not only do they enable us to breathe, they also have a wealth of other beneficial functions. They clear the air of pollutants and provide us with food and medicines.
This was recognised by Edward Bach, a successful English doctor from the early 20th century. Through his research, Bach discovered that healing our emotions is relevant for overcoming physical disease and that flowers hold the potential to support us in overcoming limiting emotions.
The Bach flower remedies were developed to treat the emotional state of a person and they seek to balance negative emotions and help us to develop our positive strengths.
These remedies are also successfully used with animals!
There are 38 individual flower remedies which can be mixed to match the emotional state of anyone needing support. They are a very popular as a means of self-healing because they are potent and effective yet completely safe.
